How To Use
For the first week, take 1 scoop in a glass of water or juice. From the second week, take 2 scoops every morning in a glass of water. I find that there is a difference, with regards to the colour and texture of this product as compared to my previous purchase. I did somehow prefer the last purchase and found that it had more of an effect on my bowel movements.
