We get it, that’s why we’ve put together five of our favorite water infusion recipes for you to try and enjoy. Now you can stay hydrated and enjoy every sip!

✔ Water infuser pitcher (1-1.5l)
 ✔5 cups water
 ✔ 1 cup ice cubes 

1.STRAWBERRY, BASIL & LEMON

Strawberries are rich in Vitamin C, which is known to reduce stress, while thyme is often used in aromatherapy practices for it’s calming and relaxing effects.

▢1/2 cup strawberries stemmed and sliced, fresh or frozen
▢5 large fresh basil leaves torn
▢1 lemon thinly sliced

2.GRAPEFRUIT & JALAPENO

This infusion combines two of the best foods for speeding up your metabolism — grapefruit and hot peppers. If you love spicy food and want to torch some extra calories, make this infused water!

▢1/4 grapefruit, sliced
▢1/2 deseeded jalapeño, chopped

3.BLACKBERRIES, ORANGE & GINGER

This antioxidant-rich water recipe is great for digestion and inflammation in the body! Vitamin C from the orange is also an immune booster.

▢1/2 pint blackberries
▢1 orange thinly sliced
▢1 small piece fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced

4. ROSEMARY & RASPBERRY

Both raspberries and rosemary are great for muscle recovery so this combo is perfect for sipping after your workout.

▢1/2 cup raspberries
▢2-3 sprigs rosemary

5.PINEAPPLE, COCONUT & LIME

This infusion is a winner! It decreases appetite, balances the pH level in your body and boosts healthy digestion. Always have a pitcher of this ready in summer.

▢1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
▢1 cup coconut chunks, fresh or frozen
▢1 lime thinly sliced

ALL RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

✔In a large pitcher, place the desired combination of fruit or herbs.
✔Add ice and fill container with water. Add additional fruit or herbs to garnish, if desired.
