Background: what are prebiotics—and why do people use them?
Prebiotics are non-digestible fibres your gut microbes ferment into short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). This feeds beneficial bacteria, supporting everyday comfort, regularity and a balanced microbial ecosystem. Many people pair prebiotics with probiotics (a synbiotic approach) to feed and supply complementary species together.
Should I take Klean+ with a probiotic—and when?
Yes—pairing with Nourish is recommended. Timing is flexible (morning, midday or evening). Take them together if that helps habit-building; no spacing required.
Troubleshooting
- Gassy at first? Ease in (smaller serving for a few days) and hydrate.
- Texture not ideal? Use cold water, mix in a smaller glass for a quick drink, then follow with water. Dont let it sit as fibers will absorb water and create textures.
- Forgot a day? Take it when remembered; consistency beats perfect timing.
Background: what are probiotics—and why do strain choices matter?
Probiotics are live microorganisms that, when taken in adequate amounts, confer a health benefit. Benefits are strain- and dose-dependent; that’s why defined ratios and CFU targets matter. Nourish uses 8 complementary strains designed to co-operate (colonisation support, substrate sharing, niche coverage) for overall microbiome balance.
When should I take it? Must it be in the morning?
Any time of day you’ll remember—morning, midday or evening—and with or without food. Many people take Nourish and Klean+ together for a simple synbiotic habit.
What are the strains—and what are they commonly studied for?
- Lactobacillus acidophilus — commonly studied for digestive comfort and regularity support.
- Lactobacillus casei — often researched for lactose digestion and everyday GI comfort.
- Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis — associated with gut barrier and immune tone support; widely used in daily probiotics.
- Lactobacillus plantarum — explored for gas/bloating comfort and microbial balance.
- Bifidobacterium longum — linked with SCFA production and overall digestive comfort.
- Lactobacillus paracasei — often studied for everyday immune support and upper-respiratory season routines.
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus — widely researched for GI balance and general immune support.
- Bifidobacterium bifidum — noted for complex carbohydrate metabolism and digestive balance.
Troubleshooting
- First-week gas/changes? Common—stay consistent or go every other day for a week, then daily.
- On antibiotics or chronic meds? Keep ≥ 2 hours apart and follow your clinician’s guidance.
- Travelling? Shelf-stable; no fridge required.
Will this make me lose weight?
Revive isn’t a magic bullet, but it is a powerful supplement. It’s designed to support metabolic processes and can act as a catalyst—helping you enhance and accelerate progress when combined with the fundamentals: balanced meals (protein + fibre), movement, hydration, sleep and stress management.
What does Revive actually support?
Energy-yielding metabolism, digestive comfort, everyday immune function and overall vitality, using plant-based extracts with vitamins/minerals.
Troubleshooting
- Sensitive stomach? Take after food.
- No “kick”? It’s not a stimulant—track consistency, steps, protein/fibre and sleep; reassess after 2–4 weeks.
- Forget doses? Keep a weekly pill case visible and tie use to a daily habit.
What is Para-Fend and who uses it?
A finishable 7-day capsule protocol used periodically (every 6–12 months) as a hygiene reset. Simple AM/PM dosing, with a pamphlet of food and routine tips to help you finish strong.
Background: What are parasites—and which types matter for the gut?
“Parasite” is broad:
- Ectoparasites live on us (e.g., mosquitoes, ticks).
- Protozoa and helminths (worms) can live in us. In gut contexts, people usually mean helminths (e.g., roundworms/tapeworms) and certain protozoa. Exposure is commonly linked to contaminated food/water, undercooked meat/seafood, and some travel settings. Good kitchen hygiene, clean water and thorough cooking reduce risk.
Can I combine Para-Fend with D-Tox Powder—Why would I?
Yes—think “clean out → clean up.” Para-Fend helps clean out the bad guys during your reset; D-Tox Powder helps clean up what’s left and supports cleanse-week habits (hydration, lighter meals, regularity).
Travel & busy weeks
The 7-day program needs strict timing and hydration, so we don’t recommend running it while travelling. Plan it for a calmer week.
Troubleshooting
- Saw “scaries” in the toilet? Unusual stool contents can appear during the cleanse. Don’t panic; hydrate, eat gentle, fibre-forward meals, and avoid straining. If you feel unwell or notice worrying symptoms, speak to a healthcare professional.
- Queasy on empty stomach? Take the next dose after food.
- Headache/flat? Often under-hydration—increase water and keep meals regular and lighter at night.
When do I use D-Tox—quick reset or full program?
- On-the-go reset: perfect the morning after a heavy night, after indulgent food choices, or between programs—travel-friendly.
- 7-day routine: a defined week for deeper focus (not recommended while travelling due to strict discipline).
Background: Heavy metals & everyday “toxins” (why people talk about them)
We contract these from everyday environmental exposures (water, diet, older household sources, certain industries) and they can have short and long term negative effects on your health and well-being. Reset weeks focus on hydration, fibre-forward meals, sleep and simple routines.
What’s in D-Tox—and why do I need to space it from meals and supplements?
A broad matrix of microalgae, botanicals and mineral actives providing adsorbent and chelating agents. Because these can bind to or complex with nutrients, supplements and some medicines, space D-Tox to avoid reducing their absorption:
- Meals: aim for ≥ 1 hour before or ≥ 2 hours after main meals.
- Supplements/medicines: keep ≥ 2 hours apart (ask your HCP if unsure).
Mix & sip tips (No fuss)
Add powder to your preferred liquid (juice or water); mix and drink promptly, then follow with extra water. Cooler water and a squeeze of citrus help.
Troubleshooting
- Feeling dehydrated or headachy? D-Tox increases your need for water. Carry a bottle; sip steadily through the day. Consider electrolytes if appropriate.
- Feels “heavy” in the stomach? Use a smaller glass, drink it, then chase with water.
- No obvious “feeling”? D-Tox is a support product—look for habit shifts (better water intake, cleaner meals, steadier energy) over the week.
Why is there sediment at the bottom?
We prioritise ingredient quality over aesthetic clarity. Natural mineral salts and real flavour components can leave fine sediment—it’s normal and safe. Invert/swish before sipping and you’re good.
Why “high-electrolyte”?
Electrolytes are primarily lost in sweat and a key driver of your overall fluid balance. Heat, long sessions, sauna, keto/fasting and big sweat rates all increase electrolyte needs. We keep the profile mineral-forward rather than masking it with heavy sweetness/acidity.
Is it keto/fasting/paleo/vegan friendly?
Yes—zero sugar, natural flavours and colours, vegan-appropriate. It is even keto- and fasting-compatible (no calories).
Is it safe in pregnancy?
The ingredients are simple mineral salts, natural flavours/colourants and plant fibre; they’re suitable for most pregnancies. That said, if you have hypertension, kidney disease, preeclampsia risk, or are on a salt-restricted plan, consult your healthcare professional before use.
How many sachets per day?
Hydration isn’t one-size-fits-all. Start with 1 sachet/day and adjust to more based on sweat, climate, body size, diet (keto/low-carb) and how you feel. If you’re salt-restricted or have kidney/cardiovascular conditions, speak to your Healthcare provider, and maybe split your serving.
Why don’t you make it super sweet or acidic like other electrolytes?
We want to stay authentic and Klean. Our uniqueness doesnt come by compromising ingredient quality but rather comes with our approach to fun flavouring while maintaining a natural authenticity
We avoid excessive sweetness and acidity that merely hide the salts. Our approach is authentically mineral-forward with natural flavours for a clean, enjoyable profile.

Travel & work: are sachets practical on the go?
Yes—totally travel-friendly. Single-serves fit in pockets and carry-ons. Mix at airports, gyms, on shoots, or on the trail.
Mixing & taste tips
Chill your water; mix to your preferred strength (500–1000 ml). Add a slice of citrus or mint leaves if you like. Invert before sipping if any sediment settles.
You can combine with other additives (depending on your flavour choice) from cucumber and lemon, to cut up berries or even a piece of pineapple in your beverage. You can around and have fun while getting the benefits, just as we intended.

Troubleshooting
- Taste too salty? Use more water (toward 1000 ml) or add ice.
- Headache or sluggish? Often a water intake issue—sip steadily; consider diluting further or drinking a plain-water bottle alongside.
- Mild stomach sensitivity? Sip more slowly or enjoy with a light snack.
