Klean Hydration Electrolyte Blend [Sodium Chloride (Kalahari Desert Salt and Himalayan Salt), Trisodium Citrate, Magnesium Malate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate], Erythritol, Natural Flavour, Citric acid, Stevia rebaudiana (Debittered), Natural Pigments.
Directions for Use
Standard mix: 1 sachet in 750 ml cold water (adjust 500–1000 ml to taste).
Sediment is normal: we don’t compromise on quality for aesthetic clarity. Natural mineral salts + real flavour components can leave fine sediment. Invert/swish before sipping.
When to use: pre-, during or post-workout; sauna/hot days; travel; mornings; low-carb/fasting days; long shifts; hangovers; whenever your water tracking goal needs a boost.
Daily use: most people use 1–2 sachets/day depending on sweat, climate, diet and body size. If you’re on a salt-restricted plan or have kidney/cardiovascular conditions, ask your healthcare professional.
Electrolytes are intended to improve hydration potential and not replace the need for water. Ensure that you still consume adequate amounts of water throughout your days.
